Payments: Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Arrivals: May result in rescheduling or reduced service scope.

Failure to show up for an appointment may result in forfeiture of deposit.

4. Vehicle Condition & Liability

Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage prior to service.
While we take utmost care, Appearance Solutions is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Mechanical or electrical failures unrelated to our services
Certain services (e.g., paint correction) involve inherent risks depending on vehicle condition.

5. Results Disclaimer

Results may vary depending on the condition, age, and materials of your vehicle. We do not guarantee perfection but strive for high-quality, professional outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, photos, and videos are the property of Appearance Solutions and may not be used without permission.
